Ensure your G FUEL tubs or packs are unopened, original seals are intact, and it is within 30 days of your delivery date.
Contact Support
Email our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include your RMA number inside the box before shipping it to our distribution center.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process a refund to your original payment method, excluding shipping costs, within 7-10 business days.
